Briefly about me
I truly burn with enthusiasm in what I do! That is the reason why my story in the restaurant business has been going on for more than 30 years. It can be briefly described as follows:

1992 – I came to the first private restaurant in Tyumen to work as a waitress
1994 – I took out a loan and bought the restaurant
2002 – I opened the first coffee house in the Ural Federal District and Poseidon fish restaurant (it operates to this day)
2003-2014 – I opened more than 30 different restaurant projects (including the first karaoke club, the first sushi bar, the first restaurant-museum, the first Italian restaurant and others)
2014 – I transferred the business to trust management and took the post of Commissioner for the Protection of the Tyumen Region Entrepreneurs Rights
2021 – I returned to the restaurant business
2022 – I opened the largest restaurant 'Syrovarnya' in the country in partnership with Arkady Novikov
2023 - I actively continue to develop the business. The following projects have already opened this year:

  • Vodokachka Bar. It is located on the picturesque embankment of Tyumen;
  • Chicko. A Korean street food franchise. A joint project of Maxim restaurant company and RestMe company from Novosibirsk;
We are also preparing to open Moroshka, a unique project of three establishments that our team will launch on the main pedestrian street of our city this year.
The process of rebranding Maxim restaurant company is in full swing.

2024 - Restarted the legendary restaurant “Poseidon” in partnership with the chef of the SAVVA restaurant (Moscow, one Michelin star) Andrey Shmakov;
A federal restaurant - the Italian trattoria MINISYROVARNYA - is preparing to launch in Tyumen;
An agreement was signed to open the Gorynych restaurant in Tyumen in partnership with the White Rabbit Family company and Boris Zarkov

I am actively engaged in promotion of local cuisine. Our company project, Dacha country restaurant, was included in the TOP-100 best restaurant concepts in the "Local +" nomination of the prestigious restaurant award "Palm Branch". The flagship project of the company, Chum restaurant-museum, is the city hallmark. It regularly appears on pages of magazines, including Condé Nast Traveler, Vogue, National Geographic Travel and Tatler and on TV screens (Channel One, Russia 1, NTV, Pyatnitsa (our restaurant has the coveted sticker from Revizorro TV program)).

Social activist, member of the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia" general council, chairman of the economic development commission which supports small and medium-sized businesses of the Civic Chamber of the Tyumen region.

My story is very closely connected with my company, so I want to tell you more about my projects. The story of the restaurant holding began with the opening of the first private restaurant Maxim in Tyumen in 1992.


Then there was the first coffee house in the city, the first fish restaurant, the first karaoke club, the first confectionery shop, the first professional catering, the first corporate magazine, the first restaurant-museum, the first banquet restaurant and many other projects.


Currently, the company includes more than 30 enterprises of different formats, directions and pricing policies (restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, Catering Center, cooking school, Confectioneries).

FISH RESTAURANT

The first fish restaurant in Tyumen. It was founded in 2002. From the moment of opening, fresh oysters and fish of unique breeds have been brought here by plane, the tradition is followed to this day. The menu is based on exotic fish and seafood from around the world.

«CHUM»
RESTAURANT-MUSEUM
Flagship project of the company. A unique restaurant of northern cuisine, a unique establishment not only for Tyumen, but also for Russia, a real city hallmark. A picturesque restaurant that opened Tyumen cuisine for guests. It is based on farm products from local producers and the atmosphere of country life.

VILLAGE RESTAURANT

Partnership project with Novikov Group, Arkady Novikov's first restaurant in Tyumen. A family rustic restaurant with its own cheese production and dishes in a wood fired oven. Popular dishes and drinks are based on homemade recipes from rustic Italy. A place for daily meetings, brunches, family holidays and special celebrations.

GASTRO-COFFEE CUISINE FACTORY

Handmade ready-to-cook products: pasta, cheesecakes and ricotniks, dumplings, manti and dumplings, meat and vegetable cutlets, sauces and broths are made at the factory every day.
